Wood Floors

Stone Floors

Many facilities are installing stone floors in reception areas and elevator lobbies and this type of floor needs special attention in order to look its best. Stone floors are beautiful when first installed, but, if not properly cared for, stone floors can become scratched, worn and tired looking.

There are several ways to care for stone floors:

Cleaning - This process removes dirt, stains, and bacteria as well as waxes and polymers that have become embedded in the stone.

Sealing - This process protects and preserves natural stone using penetrating sealers and impregnators.

Stripping - This process removes coatings that block the stones ability to breathe which causes spalling (the act of stone cracking, popping and shaling)

Grinding - This process removes deep scratches and removes lippage (uneven edges). Our team of experts can perform this service using special floor machines with diamond abrasive pads and water to prevent dust.

Polishing - This process will give marble and stone the sheen you want, enhancing the veining in marble and protecting the stone from everyday traffic and spills.

Grout Cleaning - This process removes dirt which becomes embedded in the grout. Brushes cannot penetrate into the micro pores to get all the contaminants out. We use a patented system to clean your grout to like new and then we seal it to facilitate easier maintenance for the long haul.

Ceramic Floors

Interior Care´s technicians thoroughly clean and seal ceramic floors, thus protecting them from everyday soil resulting from foot traffic and daily use. We remove old sealers and then follow with a thorough cleaning and rinsing. Finally, we then apply new sealers to the floor to protect it from everyday use.
